Ansley Cardin (pictured below with her brother Colt and granddad and Lou Cardin) had the winning ticket of the Oak Island, NC American Legion Post 454 Loaded Fishing Cart Raffle valued at over $1600.
They love to fish and were ecstatic that they won the cart!
The proceeds from this event help the Oak Island American Legion provide support to veterans, soldiers and their families who have bravely protected or currently protect our country.
